Facebook is lagging behind in the list of Best empoyer

According to Glassdoor's list, Facebook has gone down from 16 to 25 on the list of best places to work in. The three companies named HubSpot, Bain & Co and DocuSign have been ranked among the top three on Glassdoor's list. Beyond this, Facebook is also being subjected to an anti-trust investigation. Glasgow's 2020 ranking says Facebook is now struggling to recruit college graduates and software engineers.

According to Glassdoor, Facebook staff commented that their organization was too slow to make decisions on issues such as privacy. Besides, the high level projects here are extremely political and there is no balance of life and work. There is a lot of criticism outside Facebook. In addition, today's employees are expected to be highly productive so that they are not satisfied.

But on the back of the rankings, Facebook is a bit ahead of the average Glassdoor list. Most organizations have a ranking of 3 and a half. Google is now ranked 11th in the best workplace. Apple is 84 steps behind in the list. Amazon was not in the top 100 list.

Like Facebook, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg was lagging behind Glassdoor's list of 'Top 100 CEOs' in June this year. Although Zuckerberg was in the 16th position last year, he fell to the 55th position this year.
